Stories like this have become a collector cliché – a way of proving how long someone's been in the game, walking to their AD uphill both ways in the snow.Take a moment to appreciate the black polish finishing of the elevated balance bridge, the frosted elements of the movement, and even how the internal flank of the case is mirrored to bring more light and drama to the dial layout. I love the floating luminous hands that make the main function of the watch easy to read, likewise, the GMT feature is both legible and easy to use.</br>

It's unsurprising to see a skeletonized movement in a Verger case – the company was famous for its Mystery Clocks. But most importantly, in this case, the company made some of the best art deco pieces in the world. That's evidenced in the bold lettering. The movement has oxidization which is obviously more noticeable on a skeletonized watch.</br>
