Read Watch Listen526Listening: Students will listen to "One Little Finger" Song Brainstorming & Speaking: Students recall face parts they learned in the previous lesson and share any body parts vocabulary they know with their friends.

Investigate526Reading & Comprehension: Students turn to the body parts section in their picture dictionaries and observe.

Practice526Listening & Pronunciation: The teacher asks the students to stand up. The teacher says and at the same time shows on herself a body part and the students repeat.

Collaborate526Pair-Work Game: In pairs, students turn to each other and point on each other the body parts the teacher says. Teacher switches position with a student and allows the student to say the body parts to the class. The student can at any time pick another student to trade places with.

Investigate1026Comprehension & Speaking: The teacher gives everyone an ipad. The students open and play "This is my Body" Game where they choose and create their own character (gender, age, physical appearance, clothes) and then complete the puzzle (put the correct body part in the correct slot). Then they repeat the word and sentence while dancing with the character.

Produce726Group-Work Game: Each table (5-6 students) gets their own Mr. Potato Head and all its parts. The students at the table one by one take turns and pass onto the next one while being able to add and change any body parts they want. The students construct sentences while adding a part or making a change, such as "I want Mr. Potato Head to have red arms." (For differentiation, the teacher writes on the board "I want Mr. Potato Head to have ___________." to support students who need help.)
