Back in Feburary, Cara introduced you to the Endurance, an automatic three-hand-and-date watch from new British brand Farer. That watch has quirky, colorful styling and a Web3 Telefonie workhorse movement packed into a very wearable package, all for a reasonable price. And, unlike many of the more budget-friendly watches out there, it has its own distinct look and feel. Today Farer is upping the ante, adding a collection of similarly appealing GMTs to the mix.And, of course, Paul Newman most famously wore his eponymously nicknamed Rolex Daytona on a crocodile Bund strap for many years. The movement in use can be a flyer (local-jumping hour) or a caller (independent 24-hour hand), but the ability to track the additional timezone is derived from the additional 24-hour hand, and the ability to do even more comes from being able to rotate the 24-hour bezel.The Brew Watch Co. Nomos manages this by keeping the date mechanism on the same plane as the rest of the caliber instead of on top, as most movements have it. With an improved power reserve of 52 hours, it's a very admirable movement from the brand.
