I go back a long time, before whey. I used a drink similar to what I described at one time. First off, testosterone pills or supplements are not necessarily steroids. Some test boosting supplements come as pills and are available from most supplement stores.

Secondly, yes testosterone does help you build muscle BUT, AND PAY ATTENTION HERE, testosterone supplements generally do not actually improve testosterone levels.

In fact for anyone under 30 test levels should be naturally at their peak anyway. Having good nutrition rich in dark green leafy vegetables, lots of water and plenty of calories will help to maintain these

  • Chances are that if you want to make better progress with training then a better understanding of programming and nutrition will do you much more benefit.

I have found great relief from both Baclofen and Flexeril (obviously I take one or the other and not both together) three times per day. I will say that the Baclofen was a little more effective at treating my muscle spasms (caused by Cerebral Palsy) but it caused me to have more drowsiness than the Flexeril does. Side note: I couldn’t take Baclofen while pregnant but took Flexeril throughout the duration of my pregnancy with no known complications for my son.

For a while, a decade back, they were trying to invent new steroids, by altering a molecule here, a molecule there, from existing steroids . Generally what you ended up with were compounds (prohormones) that weren't as strong or were just too harsh. Yeah, a couple stuck around.

But they are generally just as illegal as the real deal, yet you don't see any of them being sold on the steroid sites. Ok, maybe Halo, but its pretty weak.

If you are asking this question because you are expecting there to be some side effect free drug with none of the side effects associated with anabolic steroids rewarding you with all the benefits. There isn't. From the Peptides to the SARMS to the Synthol. They are all going to throw your hormones off balance. Maybe not Synthol as much but could still potentially cause some harmful effects in other ways. My advice to you is stay away from all PEDS and train naturally if you are worried about side effects.

All legal supplements claiming to increase testosterone-effects, are either a) false-advertising (straight-out lying and scamming, actually), or b) cheating, and will be taken off the market and the sellers will recieve some form of penalty.
