The Third Party Administrator (TPA) will be delivering a Photo ID Card to the policyholder after the plan has been dispensed by the Insurance Corporation.

Hospitalization expenses are limited to:

(a) Cataract: 10% of SI Subject to a maximum of Rs.25,000/-

(b) Hernia: 15% of SI subject to a maximum of Rs.30,000/-

(c) Hysterectomy/ Myomectomy: 20% of SI subject to a maximum of Rs.50,000/-

(d) For specified major surgeries: 80% of Sl subject to a maximum of Rs.4,00,000/- under AB Arogyadaan Policy and Rs. 12 Lac under Super Top Up Policy.

Specified Major Surgeries: Cardiac/Cancer/Brain Tumour/Pace Maker implantation for sick sinus syndrome/Hip replacement/Knee joint replacement.
