Description
After reading the book mainly chapters of "Missão impossível" the students will need to search for information about the main character Jorge Álvares, from 16th century, findout the food he had by the time and all the new things he should be presented, once arrived in 21st. century. What to show and why.
Aims
* devellop oral expression skills * develoop writing expressions skills * devellop reading skills Students aged from 10 to 14 must read and share information from different chapters of a book. They have to list food and cloths from the 16th century and 21st. by comparison. After that they will need to underestand and tell what would be nice and helpfull to show to the navigator Jorge Álvares when he comes to 21th century. What woul be nasty.

Get the portrait of the city (demography, costumes, typical food...) Find out or give a few sugestions how did he arrive in Lisbon? Sacffolds: Where do you think he departed from? What transports did he used? Which villages must he had passed through

    Each group of 4 students will have to follow a list of tasks: Create a presentation after organizing the information collected, using prezi, powtoon, powerpoint, tackk, google maps, Google Earth, Google Tour builder (https://tourbuilder.withgoogle.com/) city maps and sites. Build a map in a wall with drawings of the characters, the journeys, the good they used to buy and sell in the orient at the 16th century. Create a presentation about the clothes they used to wear at that time.
Notes:
Actually the book has two times 16th century navigator and the 21st century where two youg kids live and will be the explorers, guided and protected by a dragon from both centuries. They will need to cross information between groups.
