- This is a Project on Extensive Reading, directed mainly to 6th form students, which includes individual / pair work and opens a door to different paths beyond the story. It's produced in collaboration with other subjects (Portuguese, Art, Science, ICT and Religious Education) and also the school library. Read Watch Listen1525The Students listen to the VOKI which starts the project by challenging them to read the story carefully and meet the witch.

Produce3025After reading the story the students answer a quiz (formative evaluation activity).

Discuss1525The students scan through the story and name the main topics / traditions mentioned in the story (brainstorming).

Produce1025.Individual project work - Easter cebebration/ tradition - egg decoration and contest. 1st step - The students watch an example video with decorating instructions. They decorate their own eggs at home, according to the topics in the story (to present to the class and participate in the contest). The 2nd and the 3rd steps will be presented in the last column of this plan and will conclude this project design.

Read Watch Listen2025The class is divided into groups and each group is given (random order) a secret code message with the topic of the group work. The students decode the message and find out the topic. The Easter Code is on page 21 of the book. The teacher shows the class the padlet, where they can find all the instructions for the Projects and other resources/materials.
