After its release for mobile devices on November 24, 2017, Granny gained quite a reputation among gamers because of Youtube features from the likes of FGTeev and Random Encounters. The Steam release of Granny transpired a year after its mobile release and can be bought for $4.99 Even until today, Granny remains popular in the horror genre.
The premise of the game is quite straightforward. granny have to get out of the house that they were held in. The game starts off with players awakening in a creepy and unfamiliar house. They have to get out of the house, but to do so, they will have to get through numerous obstacles. The main trouble in the game is, as you can imagine, Granny – a crazy old woman who kills her victims with a bat. To escape, the players would either have to get out through the locked front door or repair a disassembled car in the garage. But wait, there is more. In addition to the things that the players have to collect to be able to finish the mission, they will also more than likely come across the Granny’s super scary pets. The other challenge is to finish the game as quietly as possible since Granny is also sensitive sounds.
In addition to these things, players can also pick from five other game modes. If it is your first time playing the game, then practice mode is for you. To choose based on the degree of complexity that one prefers, players may either select Easy, Normal, Hard, and Extreme. Players can challenge themselves to complete the game in all these modes.
Compared to today’s games, the graphics of Granny is actually not anything to rave about.
