Description
World Earth Day is celebrated every year, all over the world, in order to increase the awareness among people about the environment safety. In particular, students will learn about the Earth’s Natural Resources, and how to use and save them. Furthermore, students will know how to reduce, to re-use, and to recycle Natural Resources. To conclude, they also will know different kinds of pollution, and so, they have to think seriously about what they will do in order to save the Earth.
Aims
Learning, Reading, Writing and Speaking about Science through the English Language: • To familiarize students with the Earth’s Natural Resources, and help them to learn some key words used in the semantic field related to the environment and the problem of pollution. • To enable students to change their behaviour in order to become a new-green generation.
Outcomes
Knowledge, Comprehension, Analysis, Synthesis
